The 2008 peak season campaign continues to put the 2010 Initiative into the forefront of our marketing campaigns. The 2010 Initiative calls for a change in the way tourism in South Dakota is marketed, particularly by focusing new energy and investment in expanding the peak season. You, the visitor industry, have met Governor Mike Roundsí challenge, invested your own marketing dollars and have become partners with the Office of Tourism to stretch our collective dollars further and take our unified message to identified target audiences.
