For $2,100 (2016), you can get your message in front of more than 65,000 domestic group tour operators across the nation. The Group Tour Co-op ad, a colorful four-page spread, runs in six national group tour publications. In addition, 3,000 copies of the ad are direct mailed to domestic tour operators from the Tourism database. Each partner is allowed 30 words of copy and a color photo. There is space available for 18 partners on a first-come, first-served basis.
The price remains the same this year as it was for the 2015-16 ad.
Partners who are members of the National Tour Association and/or the American Bus Association will have first preference, but non-members will be considered.
Credit cards are accepted as payment options via the Online Payment System. You must still complete and submit the downloadable registration form (PDF) along with your photo to complete your registration. Payment by credit card without the form and required materials will not ensure your co-op spot. Checks are also accepted as payment and should be submitted with your registration form and photo. Whenever possible, copy and photo should be emailed to Vicky.Engelhaupt@TravelSouthDakota.com.
The registration deadline is July 12, 2016.
