Governor's Hospitality Certificate Program

About the Program

The Governor's Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Hospitality and Customer Service is awarded to employees who demonstrate excellent customer service above and beyond what is expected. An employee must be nominated by a supervisor and a completed customer/visitor comment card or written letter must accompany the nomination form.

This program meets the minimum requirement for the Recognition for Employees component of the Great Service Star program.
