Web Traffic

The South Dakota Department of Tourism is able to track web data using Google Analytics. Through Google Analytics, we are able to track www.TravelSD.com visitor's place of origin, time on site, number of pageviews per visit and much more information that is important to the Department of Tourism. Please click on the graph below to view the full web data report for December 2011. (Note: In September, Google Analytics changed the way their track visitors to websites.)

Visitors: 73,766 (up 30.6%)

Pageviews: 262,607 (up 10.6%)

Time on Site: 00:02:43 (down 16.1%)

Pages/Visit: 3.6 (down 15.3%)
