About the Program
The Certificate of Great Service for outstanding performance in Hospitality & Customer Service is awarded to individual employees who demonstrate excellent customer service above and beyond what is expected
An employee must be nominated by a supervisor and a completed customer/visitor comment card or written letter must accompany the nomination form. Employees may be nominated up to three times each calendar year. Recipients will receive a certificate signed by the Governor as recognition for their efforts. When three certificates are earned, the employee is recognized with a Great Service Star pin.
This program meets the minimum requirement for the Recognition for Employees component of the Great Service Star program.
