At the 2009 Governor's Conference on Tourism, I announced the Office of Tourism would be launching a new cooperative program that would extend the power of digital marketing to every South Dakota visitor industry partner. In a few months, Digital Revolution will go live.

This program will dramatically improve the online visitor experience by providing all-inclusive links between attractions, hotels, restaurants, and other points of interest throughout the state. Powered by a statewide booking engine, Digital Revolution will allow visitors to make online reservations and purchase tickets to events and attractions from any partner site.

Thank you for all of your current efforts in making South Dakota a great vacation destination. Now, it's time to take our state to the next level. Please join us as we make it easier for our visitors to find places to stay, things to do, and opportunities to spend more time in the land of Great Faces and Great Places.
