Travel South Dakota, in partnership with the South Dakota Retailers Association, is bringing in James T. Robilotta for the 2026 Spring Customer Service Seminars (formerly Spring Hospitality Training). James will travel across South Dakota sharing his message with frontline workers in five communities. Anyone involved with a business relevant to the tourism industry is encouraged to attend the free trainings. Details will be available soon on the Spring Customer Service Seminars page.
