The 2023 recipient is Jeff Carrino of KMSD Radio in Milbank. Like Pankow, Jeff has been a driving force for the Travel South Dakota team in reaching residents and potential visitors in northeastern South Dakota, southeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. Along with encouraging listeners to travel to all corners of South Dakota, he also features Travel South Dakota team members to discuss topics like economic impact. Segments include insights on how the department conducts domestic and international marketing efforts. He is a great partner for the Travel South Dakota team and has helped us reach stakeholders in the northern reaches of our state.
