The Rushmore replica, Rushmore mascots, giveaways, and much more will be part of the Sold On South Dakota promotion at the mall February 19-21 (some elements are at the Galleria January 26-February 22). Mall hours are 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday; 12-6 p.m., Sunday; and 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday (Presidents' Day).&nbsp;</p>
