Mickelson Award</a> given at the <a href="https://southdakotatourismconference.com&quot; rel="" target="_blank">South Dakota Governor’s Conference on Tourism</a>, it must have <strong>first</strong>&nbsp;applied for and received the <strong>South Dakota Great Place</strong> designation.</p><p>(The Great Place program replaces&nbsp;the Great Service Star&nbsp;program.)</p>
