<p>In celebration of <a href="https://sdvisit.com/training-hospitality">National Travel &amp; Tourism Week 2026</a>&nbsp;(May 3-9, 2026), <strong>Travel South Dakota </strong>staff will be participating in a number of events across South Dakota, including <a href="https://sdvisit.com/training-hospitality/spring-customer-service-semina… Customer Service Seminars</a>, media appointments and Lit Swaps/Drops.</p>

<p>Travel South Dakota, in partnership with the South Dakota Retailers Association, is bringing in James T. Robilotta for the <strong>2026 Spring Customer Service Seminars&nbsp;</strong>(formerly Spring Hospitality Training). James will travel across South Dakota sharing his message with frontline workers in five communities. Anyone involved with a business relevant to the tourism industry is encouraged to attend the <strong>free</strong> trainings.
